Brisbane Stone takes all reasonable care in preparing quotations but is unable to accept any responsibility for any errors or omissions. It is your responsibility to carefully check and confirm all items, quantities and measurements before placing an order.
Where Brisbane Stone accepts any order placed, it does so on the basis that you bear full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of all items, quantities and measurements and that they comply with any plans, drawings or other specifications provided.
Brisbane Stone reserves the right to refuse any work it deems necessary. We do not supply offcuts with any job, these remain the property of Brisbane Stone. Offcuts from jobs may be purchased separately. A delivery charge may apply.
Mitered returns are not allowed for unless specified.
The Client/Customer is to advise when the scope of works will be ready for a template. We require at least 7 working days notice of when the template is to be booked in. We require a minimum 2 weeks’ notice of the date of templating in order to meet 3 and 5 day turn around for 20mm and 40mm benchtops respectively
Quotes remain valid for 30 days, unless otherwise specified, after which variations may apply. Any call backs not caused by Brisbane Stone or its partners will attract a $250 + GST per hour charge. It is the client’s/customer’s responsibility to ensure that the surface we are adhering our tops to is structural and safe enough to support the size and weight of the new benchtops. We request an inspection of the new benchtops by the client/customer immediately following installation.
Brisbane Stone will not be held responsible for any cracking or chipping due to misuse. It is the client’s responsibility to register with the engineered stone supplier their warranty details. Warranty does not apply to Natural Stone products.

It is the clients/customers responsibility to inform in writing any adverse site conditions at the time of quote eg. access restrictions, site inductions required, etc. Any damage to benchtops post-installation which cannot be deemed to be the responsibility of Brisbane Stone & its supply partner will not be covered by Brisbane Stone’s workmanship warranty. All benchtops will remain the property of HJS until all monies owing are paid. Should the client/customer fail to settle the account(s), Brisbane Stone reserve the right to enter upon the land and premises owned, occupied or used by the client/customer as the invitee of the client/customer and take possession of the benchtops.
